“What good is your wealth, if you haven’t got your health?” Health Library Health Track items
America is less healthy today than it has ever been. Medical science can’t seem to keep up. People are still getting sick in record numbers. We can no longer simply hope to maintain our good health. It’s time to take a proactive approach to keeping our bodies and immune systems STRONG.
The Health TRACK is pleased to offer this line of truly unique and cutting edge nutritional Mineral supplements. We invite all to learn of the incredible, true story of water soluble, individual minerals from Boron to Zinc. As the Nobel Laureate, Linus Pauling said in summing up his life's work, "You can trace every sickness, every illness, and every condition to a mineral deficiency". We today echo his words of powerful wisdom, and declare to the world that we are proud to offer the minerals that the human body requires for maximum health.
You must understand that in order for a mineral to be assimilated correctly on the cellular level, it must be in a form no larger than an angstrom in size. These particles should also be completely water soluble, which allows the mineral to be quickly 100% absorbed in the mouth.
Just how big is an “ANGSTROM”? Well, consider that it takes 1 MILLION angstrom-sized particles lined up on a horizontal plane to cross the distance equal to ONE MICRON. What does this mean in ‘laymen terms’? Simply that every other ‘mineral supplement’ on the market falls far short because it is much larger than a micron in size.
The Health Track can educate you with on the use angstrom-sized minerals such as boron, calcium, chromium, cobalt, copper, germanium, gold, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, platinum, potassium, selenium, silver, vanadium, & zinc. According to Dr. Pauling and others, all diseases and disorders can be controlled, if not eliminated, by giving the body the nutrition it needs to fight the energy imbalances.

The following 3 minerals are not dependent on other minerals and should be taken by themselves. (30 minute windows)
SILVER = Natural Anti-Biotic PLATINUM = Energy, Anti-Viral and Possible DNA Repair IODINE = Thyroid, Regulates Metabolism ZINC -Stops bacterial & viral replication on contact.
Researchers have found that more than 90 enzymes in our body are Zinc dependent. Zinc is present in all the tissues and fluids of the body. Trace amounts of Zinc have been found in all known living matter. There is no "store" of Zinc in the conventional sense in our bodies. Zinc is, however, lost from the body via the Kidneys, the Skin, and the Intestines. Heavy losses of Zinc occur when we sweat. Athletes, who are not supplementing, are particularly at risk for a Zinc deficiency.
Zinc deficiency may range from, muscle weakness, weakened immune system, slow healing of wounds & skin, excessive body odor, sexual disfunction (prostate) and assimilation of other vitamins & minerals, maintenance of tissue, detoxification of the body, and loss of appetite. Zinc is a super anti-oxidant (note: zinc coated nails), Zinc is also known to slow or stop bacterial replication, thus aiding in colds & flu. Zinc also plays a role in Vision care and Maintenance. The conversion of Vitamin A to its biologically active form (retinal) requires Zinc. Zinc ointments have been used to treat acne. Zinc supports normal cell division and growth. Many trace minerals and vitamins need Zinc for healthy growth & development of cell membranes and the Immune system. Zinc is necessary for tissue repair and growth. Zinc is also a major catalyst in many essential metabolic functions and reactions. Zinc works, (for example) with Chromium & Vanadium to transport glucose from our blood, to our cells, to be then burned for energy. There appears to be about 1.4 to 2.3 grams of Zinc in the human body. Zinc tends to locate itself heavily in the body's liver, pancreas, kidneys, skeletal muscles, and the skin. The recommended RDA for adult women is 12 mg and for adult men is 15mg.
Excess of other essentials like copper and iron or even a high or all vegetable diet (note: soil depletion) will reduce the availability of Zinc in our bodies. Even though Copper is essential (see Copper) in our being healthy, when taken to supplement maintenance of our bodies, the ratios should be 7 parts Zinc to 1 part Copper.
Zinc can be found naturally in brewer's yeast, seafood, sunflower seeds, eggs, green leafy vegetables, oysters, beans, liver, peas, spinach, red meat, whole grains, nuts and mushrooms

COPPER- The "anti-parasite" & more mineral. Copper is an essential trace mineral. Estimated adequate daily intake of Copper for normal adults are between 2mg & 3mg daily. Copper has a key role in iron absorption and mobilization. Copper is excellent for a parasite cleanse. It has been said to kill every known specie of parasite to invade the human body. It is also a great way to keep your pets and animals free of parasite infections. Copper protects from free radicals, also serves as a co-factor of a protein in the blood that helps maintain lung tissue & helps prevent Emphysema. You can be anemic because of a lack of Iron, even though you take plenty of iron you may still be anemic without Copper. If there is not enough Copper in your diet to work with Iron it cannot properly form hemoglobin. Copper is also involved in the oxidation of Vitamin C in the body. Copper oxidizes Vitamin C in vegetables & fruit when it comes in contact with them. Its been taught that copper plays a vital role in keeping the elasticity in your skin and arteries, also, a lack of Copper could be responsible for conditions like white or gray hair, excessive wrinkles, hemorrhoids, vericose veins, allergies, hernias, ruptured disc & many more.
Copper is present in about 21 different Enzymes. One important Enzyme is Histaminase, which breaks down Histamine. Another Copper dependent Enzyme is Cytochrome Oxidase, which is necessary for energy metabolism. Copper has an important role to play in mood chemistry, which can also effect depression & fatique.
Most of the Copper in our bodies is stored in our Red Blood Cells and our Liver. It can be found in food sources such as animal organs like, beef liver & hearts, nuts, bitter chocolate, molasses, mushrooms & dried peas.

POTASSIUM- The body's natural "alkalizer". Potassium plays an important role in skeletal muscle contractions, heart muscle contractions, transmission of nerve impulses, assists in metabolic processes, regulates transfer of nutrients into the cell membrane, promotes water balance in the body, aids in healthy joints ands promotes a general sense of well being.
Potassium is easily absorbed, however, 90% of Potassium is excreted through the sweat and urine. There is essentially no storage in a human body that is active. This lack of storage requires a daily intake of potassium, around 5,000mg. When a person sweats they lose three times as much Potassium as they lose sodium. Hospital data has shown that many of the victims that die from heat exhaustion had severe Potassium deficiencies. In all the victims sweating was excessive in the days before their death. The ratio of Potassium to sodium in the body should 2 to 1. Potassium and sodium are constantly competing with each other over water. When there is an ample supply of Potassium in the body, sodium and water is flushed out. When there is too much sodium in the body, water is retained and Potassium is flushed out. Any kind of muscular activity causes Potassium to be lost.
Some have called Potassium the bodies "Natural Alkalizer". It has the ability to neutralize acids in the body and at the same time restore alkaline salts to the bloodstream and muscles. Potassium seems to promote healing of bruises, cuts and injuries. Also, potassium seems to be essential in waste processing and elimination.
The average adult body, at any given time, may contain, before strenuous activity about 250 grams of Potassium. Potassium constitutes five percent of the need of the total mineral content of the body. Early signs of a Potassium deficiency may be slow reflexes, weakened muscles, impairment of heart neuromuscular function and loss of appetite. A multitude of other deficiencies could be water retention, swollen glands, headaches, pain in the eyes, chronic fatigue , bad circulation, intestinal pains, insomnia, and more.
Potassium is found in food sources such as leafy green vegetables, beans, citrus, bananas, black olives, whole grains, seeds, nuts and fish

MAGNESIUM- The anti-stress, relaxing, calming, miracle mineral. Magnesium is essential to all living organisms. In many ways, it is even more important than Calcium. Magnesium acts as a catalyst in the system to the vital organs, the heart, being the most important. Magnesium & Calcium have antagonistic roles in normal muscle contraction. Calcium acting as the stimulator and Magnesium playing the roll of relaxer. Magnesium is often called the anti-stress or calming mineral. Magnesium is required for the production and transfer of energy for protein synthesis.
Magnesium is the primary regulator of electrical activity within our bodies. Magnesium is responsible for hard dental enamel which protects the teeth from plaque build up and the creation of cavities. It has been thought for years that Calcium was the cavity inhibitor, however recent studies indicate that Calcium is useless without Magnesium being present. Without Magnesium the teeth would only create a soft dental enamel. Even though, it is well known that Vitamin D ( fish Oil ) is required for proper placement and synergism of Calcium, it does not seem to be needed for absorption of Magnesium. Magnesium working with Calcium helps to remove toxins and impurities from the body. Magnesium aids in digestion, relieving tension and relaxing nerves. Magnesium is also involved in aiding the function of over 200 enzymes.
The average adult should contain 20 to 28 grams of Magnesium in the body. Approximately 60% is found in the bone, 26 % is found in the skeletal muscles. The balance is found between various organs and the body fluids. The optimum daily allowance of Magnesium for men and women is between 750 & 1000 mg. daily, depending on strenuous activity.
Some natural food sources for magnesium is nuts, especially Almonds, brown rice, whole grains, and leafy green vegetables.

CALCIUM- The "knitting" mineral. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body. Calcium promotes healing or knitting and is required by every organ of the body. Calcium plays an important role in nerve transmission, muscle contraction, heart rhythm, hormone production, wound healing, immune system, blood clotting, blood pressure, stomach acid production, strength & endurance, longevity, bones & teeth, regulates metabolism and more. Calcium is said to increase the body resistance to cancer, parasites, virus, and bacteria.
Clinical research has shown no less than 147 diseases are attributed to Calcium deficiencies or imbalance. Calcium is used in almost every body function, and is commonly deficient in our food sources & diets. A usable water soluble Calcium is a must for the human body. When working together with Magnesium, Vitamin D (fish Oil), Zinc, Manganese, Copper & Boron and moderate exercise, is said to minimize bone loss. If unusable Calcium is taken or there is a deficiency, the body will rob good Calcium from the bones to keep the body in some level of health. The lack of calcium (or unusable calcium) symptoms are said to be osteoporosis, arthritis, high cholesterol, kidney stones, gall stones, cavities, cancer, cataracts, cramps, fibromyalgia, acne, acidosis, enlarged heart, asthma, PH balance and more.
The average adult male should have about 1,200 grams in the body, the adult female about 1,000 grams. Most is stored in bones and teeth, but is found in the total body. The optimum daily allowance recommended is 1500 mg. daily. Calcium can be lost in feces, urine & sweat. Some food sources where calcium is found is Raw milk, cheese, green vegetables, figs, dates, prunes, beans, lentils, molasses, and shell fish.

Chromium is a trace mineral. There is only about 1.5 mg of Chromium held or stored in the human body. Even though the average intake of Chromium (mostly inorganic) can be 50 to 100mg in a single day, the lack of proper particle size and the lack of proper enzymes to extract the nutrition can leave you deficient. It is estimated that only 1% to 5% of dietary Chromium can be absorbed. The remaining inorganic Chromium is excreted in the urine. Remember, all of Health Track Minerals have the correct Organic (angstrom) size particles, for proper absorption in the body.
Chromium is needed in very small amounts to help increase the body's sensitivity to the hormone, insulin. This sensitivity at a cellular level allows the cells to open up and receive the surplus glucose, turning it into energy. For these reasons Chromium may be effective in lowering high blood sugar levels, known as (hyperglycemia ).
Chromium may protect against cardiovascular disease by helping to regulate fat, and cholesterol synthesis in the liver. Chromium also aids by raising HDL (good cholesterol) and by lowering LDL (bad cholesterol) in the bloodstream. Chromium also seems to help reduce high blood pressure in some cases.
Chromium works, hand in hand, with the hormone insulin when in the body. Insulin's major function is to remove sugar from the blood, the first attempt will be to urge the cells to open and assimilate the sugar for energy. Chromium aids the cells in becoming sensitive to receive this sugar. If the cells do not open properly and receive the sugar, the insulin will capture and remove the excess sugar to the body tissue for storage. This storage, if you haven't figured it out is called FAT. Chromium also, if you have it, aids the liver in the synthesis of fatty acids and cholesterol.
The loss of Chromium in the body increases with injury, stress, aging, strenuous exercise, or excessive sugar intake. Once lost, Chromium is slow to be replaced and naturally declines with age. Our special blend allows for the small amount of needed Chromium to be absorbed and with proper dosage will not impact the transport of other trace or essential minerals. A safe and adequate intake of Chromium is thought to be around 200mcg to 500mcg daily.
Natural sources of Chromium is found in brewers yeast, liver, Oysters, potatoes, egg yolk, prunes, mushroom, meat, and beets.
Vanadium, also a trace mineral, is required by our bodies for normal growth and development. There is no recommended dietary allowance for Vanadium, however, the daily intake in the US is low in comparison to other known essential trace minerals. Science is not sure whether Vanadium keeps excessive cholesterol from forming, or breaks it down when it has formed or maybe both. Vanadium has been found to imitate insulin functions in maintaining blood sugar levels, again by making the cell membrane receptors more sensitive to insulin. Vanadium also helps with the absorption of glucose from the intestines.
Research has discovered abundant amounts of Vanadium in hard drinking water of certain areas of the southwest. These are the very areas where death rates from degenerative heart disease are the lowest in the United States.
Vanadium is one of the hardest minerals for our body to absorb. Because of particle size and lack of proper enzyme activity very small amounts can be absorbed. Vanadium aids in regulating the HDL (good Cholesterol) which is a valuable constituent of the brain, spinal cord, and other portions of the nervous system. Vanadium is also found in the bodies organs, blood, and bones. The best sources of Vanadium found in its natural form are in sunflower, corn, and olive oils, buckwheat, rice, green beans, mushrooms, carrots, dill, kelp, and pepper. An even higher amount of Vanadium is found in Sardines and Herring. Learn more about Zinc at the top part of this page.

SILVER- The natural anti-biotic. Silver has been employed in human healthcare since the days of the Chinese Alchemist, thousands of years ago. Silver is both anti-bacterial and anti-viral. It also seems to be anti-fungal and anti-microbial. Silver seems to work by carrying a valance charge of energy, this energy seems to counteract the energy of anaerobic or nitrogen breathing bacteria ( bad Bacteria ) and virus. At a threshold amount, it has been known to kill over 650 different disease causing organisms. Silver is such an effective anti-bacterial that our Great Grandparents put silver dollars in fresh milk to keep it from spoiling at room temperatures before it could be consumed. For many years, all hospitals were required to use a Silver Nitrate solution in the eyes of newborn babies. This solution was to ensure the babies eyesight if the mother had a venereal disease such as Gonorrhea. Silver consumed in small amounts can act as a secondary immune system for the body, it also seems to disable specific enzymes that are used by bad micro-organisms for respiratory action. Silver has also been used on burns and puncture wounds. Silver seems to decrease inflammation of ligament muscle connections, increase healing time of damaged ligament and bone. For this reason, it is said to be effective against Fibromyalgia, if you have a good balance of other minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamins B1, B12, B Complex and proper diet.
Humans can consume small amounts of Silver daily (400 mg or less), as long as it is a water soluble Silver, not Colloidal (colloidal can cause heavy metal build up). If Silver is killing pathogens in the body, it may make you feel sluggish, or even give you the symptoms of the cold or flu, until pathogens are gone. Silver interacts metabolically with Copper and Selenium. Silver has been shown to alleviate a selenium toxicity, and can be used to help sterilize drinking water. Silver level in human tissue is very low. Food sources contain very little Silver, only a few Nanograms. Silver is excreted almost exclusively in the feces, about 99%. Urine excretes the remaining 1%.
There are many ways Silver can be made beneficial. Any symptoms caused by Bacterial, Viral, Microbial, or Fungal: such as Infection, boils, Gonorrhea, Candida, Shingles, Warts, Severe Cough, Flu, Anthrax, Athletes Feet and more.

ENZYME- For good intestinal health. Super Fuel is our recommendation for your Dietary Supplement of enzymes.
The enzymes present in SuperFuel Plus are the primary digestive enzyme precursors which catalyze all other digestive enzymes for efficient protein and sugar metabolism. These enzymes provide ENERGY directly to the individual cells and thereby greatly increase the body’s ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS resulting in enhanced physical energy and WELL-BEING! Simply stated, enzymes help keep protein molecules from splitting, thus greatly improving the assimilation of nutrients from food and greatly stimulating all digestion processes in the human digestive tract. Enzymes also increase OXYGEN LEVELS in the blood, thus helping to raise pH levels, and helping to eliminate free radicals and acidic cellular waste material.

MOLYBDENUM- Hydrogen out PH up. Molybdenum is an essential trace mineral found in all body tissue. Although it is an essential trace mineral only small amounts is required for maintaining good health. In the amounts of 2 to 20 mcgs, it has been found to inhibit esophageal and stomach cancer in rats. Molybdenum is reported to help raise the body PH, in turn increasing the body's metabolism, which aids in weight loss and avoiding many forms of sickness. Molybdenum is known to be an integral part of at least three essential enzymes. They are xanthine oxidase, aldehyde oxidase, sulfite oxidase. These three enzymes are involved in the metabolism of DNA & RNA also in the conversion of food to energy. Molybdenum seems to help in removing toxic waste by changing it into uric acid, which in turn is converted to a form that is easier to flush out of the system. Excessive intake of this mineral in rare cases could cause gout like symptoms, drinking plenty of water is recommended. There is no known RDA established for molybdenum. A daily dose of up to 15 mg per day is considered safe. It is also known that molybdenum has an essential role to play when metabolizing MSM (sulfur) to aid in skeletal pain reduction. Molybdenum also is known to promote a sense of well being, aids in carbohydrate metabolism and induces a sleep. Some natural sources of molybdenum are spinach, dark green vegetables, whole grains, legumes and organ meats.

SULFER-MSM- The healing mineral. Sulfur (MSM) is known as an essential healing mineral. MSM is best known for its ability to ease pain when associated with muscle or skeletal disorders. MSM, (sulfur) is the flexible bond that connects cells, and the lubricant between joints. It is widely believed that MSM has the ability to bring healing or repair to the myelin sheath. The myelin sheath is the protective coating near the nerve endings in the body. Damage to or erosion of this coating has been reported to cause some shaking conditions as seen in symptoms of multiple sclerosis, Lorenzos, and palsys. A deficiency is reported to cause an increase in pain from stress and possible uncontrollable loss of other motor skills.
A deficiency in MSM (sulfur) in its water soluble form can lead to a breakdown of cellular regeneration. MSM (sulfur) supports every cell in the elimination of toxins and is important in cell respiration. Chronic & severe allergies can gain relief with MSM. MSM has been known to reduce back pain, relieve migraines, promote muscle healing, relieve food allergies, beautify the skin, increase blood circulation, speed wound healing, scavenge free radicals & more. MSM plays an important role in enzyme reaction, protein synthesis and carbohydrate metabolism.
Some natural sources of Sulfur are fish, egg yolks, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, cranberries, onion, garlic and meat.
MSM Deficiency symptoms are:

SELENIUM- Immune booster. Selenium may be natures most powerful anti-oxidant. Selenium is a trace mineral and is needed in only small amounts. Although only 50 to 100 mcgs are needed daily, it has been reported to have great benefit in a lot of different areas. Selenium helps to preserve tissue elasticity by delaying oxidation of poly-unsaturated fatty acids. These acids are linked to causing solidification of tissue proteins. Selenium is an essential mineral that works synergistically with vitamin e in metabolic functions. Selenium also works well with vitamin C, both are known anti-oxidants. Selenium naturally reduces the retention of toxic metals in the body. Selenium is essential in the proper function of heart muscles. Selenium is known to be an immune system stimulator, also enhances fertility and aids in normal body function.
Selenium may be found in several natural foods, such as whole grains, seafood and organ meats.

MANGANESE- The "brain mineral". Manganese is a trace mineral, and although only found in the body in small amounts it is essential for good health in several areas. Manganese is part of a mucopolysaccharides structure which the body uses to form collagen. Collagen is the connective material that rebuilds cartilage, tissue and bone. If manganese is present in the body, various tissues, cells and nerves become more ductile and elastic. Manganese tends to strengthen ligaments and tendons, also the outside lining of organs. Manganese aids in oxygen transfer from the lungs to the cells. Manganese is known to aid the body in expelling allergies. Manganese has a positive effect on libido, and also helps the reproductive organs to work properly because of its effect on tissue and nerves and aids in production of sex hormones. Manganese is important in the utilization of all mental facilities & functions. Manganese helps the brain to send & receive messages and is called by many the brain mineral.
Manganese can be found naturally in black walnuts, spinach, whole grains, raw nuts, cantaloupes, pineapple, avocado and blueberries.

INDIUM- A remarkable mineral. Its being reported that Indium is the only mineral known to naturally seek out & destroy cancer cells and cancerous tumors.
Indium is a remarkable trace mineral, it is a catalyst that helps the body convert other minerals into a usable form. Indium is not required for life, but is required for health. Indium has a beneficial effect on the thyroid gland, and aids in increasing the life span of red blood cells. Indium has been found to be beneficial for increasing stamina, mental clarity and help lower blood pressure. Indium helps balance blood sugar levels by increasing the absorption of chromium into the spleen, lungs, liver, heart and kidneys. The levels of copper and manganese in the kidneys can be in direct proportion to the ingestion of Indium.
There is a radioactive form of Indium reported to be used by the pharmaceutical world as a prescription medicine for treating prostate cancer. Indium in its non-radioactive form is reported to have the same characteristics of seeking out diseased cells. No claims are being made that Indium can cure cancer or any other disease, but it may relieve some of the pain and negative effects the disease has on the body. It's reported that Indium does not cause toxicity unless a person takes 20,000 times more than the recommended nutritional amount.

PLATINUM- The anti-fungal-bacterial-&viral immune booster. Its been reported in the early 1970's platinum was used in dyes to improve x-ray read capability. Many of the lumps in breast were shrinking or disappearing. It was replaced with a radioactive chemical to read x-rays better.
Platinum is known to be an anti-bacterial, anti-viral and an anti-fungal. Because of these broad possibilities, it is not yet known all that platinum can do. Because platinum is a very strong natural anti-viral mineral it may help to relieve several symptoms of the body.
Platinum has the ability to kill disease causing virus, bacteria, fungi and harmful organisms. Some testimonies report to gain energy after taking platinum and even dream in color. With all that we don't know about platinum, what we do know is that it will support our bodies own immune system efforts to destroy organisms that want to destroy us. Platinum can be very important when used as a first defense for our own immune system.
Deficiency symptoms that Platinum may help relieve:
Nerve damage |
Chronic fatigue |
PMS |
|
Lack of mental alertness |
Gland dysfunction |
Back pain |
|
Neuralgia |
Headaches |
Poor concentration |
IODINE- The "metabolizer". Iodine is an essential trace mineral nutrient. It is required to produce thyroid hormones that control & regulate digestion, heart rate, body tempertaure, sweat glands, body weight and the reproduction system. Iodine is called the metabolizer and has one of the highest vibratory frequency rates of all the elements. Iodine helps to destroy harmful toxins that effect the brain, and help neutralize toxins in the rest of the body. Iodine assists calcium in repairing and rebuilding the body's tissue, also in restoring heat to the body. A lack of Iodine can leave the body predisposed to goiters. Iodine is stored mostly in the thyroid, and in smaller amounts in the muscles, skin and bones. The thyroid gland controls directly or indirectly many functions of the body. When the thyroid is out of balance either hypothyrodism (low) or hyperthyrodism (high), It is responsibe for the rate in which you burn your food. The recommended dose of Iodine daily is between 100 & 150 mcgs. The RDA for a child is 90 mcgs daily. A lack of Iodine can produce symptoms of being lazy, ill focused, sluggish or worse Cretinism, a growth retardation.
Some natural sources of Iodine are spinach, seafood, kelp, eggs, papayas, mango and pineapple.
